Did you know that there are several types of artificial turf for padel?

• Monofilament textured artificial turf

The Play Easy artificial turf for padel is characterised by the use of texturised monofilament fibres. As it is monofilament, it has not undergone a cutting process like the fibrillated fibres, but it is subjected to a second texturised process where the monofilament is curled.

As the direction of the fibre does not matter in this type of texturised flooring, we can offer you our new Padel Easy system, with which you will achieve up to 50% less joints than in a conventional court. Moreover, thanks to this, you will save up to 3 hours in the installation and you will be able to use 50% less adhesive and joint tape.

Pros: superior durability. This type of fibres give the surface a faster play and a better stabilisation of the silica sand infill, achieving a more regular bounce. It also has the aesthetic advantage that the product will look with less infill material and the colour of the court will be more vivid.

Cons: The durability of the surface is less than monofilament with memory effect as the fibres suffer more wear and tear in the texturing process as they are more flattened.

In our collection you will find our Drive Pro monofilament paddle grass. The Realtech® MaxRecover technology with its 3-rib monofilament will give you the memory your matches need.

Pros: Durable, hardwearing and highly resilient padel turf. Play is slower than on fibrillated surfaces, and tends to appeal to the vast majority of players.

Cons: The surface needs to be periodically brushed to even out the silica fillers.

Colours: Green/Blue/White.

Recommended use: Padel clubs with high traffic use.

• Fibrillated artificial grass for paddle

Do you know our Proturf paddle grass? Proturf artificial grass is characterised by the use of fibrillated filaments.

Pros: This type of fibres give the surface a faster game and stabilise the infill better, so the bounce will be more regular on this type of surface.

Cons: The durability of the surface is lower as the fibres suffer more wear and tear.

Colours: Green/Blue/Tile/White.

Recommended use: Padel clubs with moderate traffic.
