REQUEST YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

At Realturf we want to offer you up to 10 years of warranty depending on the product, its use and care. You have 90 calendar days after the purchase and/or installation of the product to send your request.

To request your extended warranty, please fill in the form below.

Once the request has been sent, our Realteam will review it and, if applicable, will issue you with a certificate that you can use in the event of an incident. If this happens, please contact your Realturf point of sale to claim the damages. We will take care of the rest.

    *The customer guarantees that all information provided to Realturf in order to obtain the extended warranty is truthful. In case of any inconsistency, Realturf will be able to cancel the extended warranty even after it has been issued.

    *There are some products in the Realturf collection that do not have access to an extended warranty. In this case, only the legally required years will apply, which you can use with your original invoice; no extra certificate is needed.
