Did you know that there are several types of artificial turf for padel?
Texturised monofilament turf for padel courts
- Pros: superior durability, faster game, stabilises silica sand infill, more regular bounce, more vivid colours.
- Cons: The durability of the surface is less than monofilament with memory effect as the fibres suffer more wear and tear in the texturing process as they are more flattened.
- Colours: Green/Blue/Black
- Recommended use: High competition within the reach of all sports clubs.
Monofilament padel turf
- Pros: Durable, hardwearing and highly resilient padel turf. Play is slower than on fibrillated surfaces, and tends to appeal to the vast majority of players.
- Cons: The surface needs to be periodically brushed to even out the silica fillers.
- Colours: Green/Blue/White.
- Recommended use: Padel clubs with high traffic use.
Fibrillated padel turf (Proturf)
- Pros: This type of fibres give the surface a faster game and stabilise the infill better, so the bounce will be more regular on this type of surface.
- Cons: The durability of the surface is lower as the fibres suffer more wear and tear.
- Colours: Green/Blue/Tile/White.
- Recommended use: Padel clubs with moderate traffic.
FIT&FIX: innovation in installation
With our 5m rolls FIT&FIX, we reduce the number of joints in your padel court by up to 50%. This means:
- Faster installation (up to 3 hours less)
- Less adhesive and joint tape required
- More durable courts with better aesthetics. Moreover,
The Play Easy artificial turf for padel is characterised by the use of texturised monofilament fibres. As it is monofilament, it has not undergone a cutting process like the fibrillated fibres, but it is subjected to a second texturised process where the monofilament is curled.
Our padel turf models are available in multiple colours (green, blue, black, rust, red and white). You can customise courts not only for performance but also for a unique visual identity.
In addition, complement your courts with our models of artificial grass for walkways in different colours.
