Carlos Bataller is the founder and Chief Executive of Realturf USA and one of the original members who helped bring the Realturf brand to the United States in 2016.
Vjekoslav Stipanic co-founded Realturf and brings a strong mix of discipline and leadership. He played collegiate tennis at Midwestern State University and later worked as a project manager in the oil and gas industry, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to the business.
As Realturf USA’s Operations & Technology Director, Pier Pieracciani oversees daily operations with a sharp focus on performance, training, and dealer support.
Kendra Lewis is the Director of Marketing, where she leads marketing strategy. She brings more than 12 years of experience. Her academic background includes degrees in Advertising & Media and an MBA in Native American Leadership from Lindenwood University and Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Realturf's Houston Team
Francisco Riveroll is Realturf USA’s Houston-based General Manager and one of the company’s original founding members and a Realturf Pro Instructor.
Andy Caraway brings 14 years of sales and field experience in the turf industry to his role as Realturf USA’s Regional Sales Manager for Houston.
Ciro Lampasas has been a valued member of the Realturf team since 2016. Working with a strong focus on building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality turf solutions.
Jose Portillo leads administrative operations for the Houston office and works closely with the warehouse team to coordinate orders and daily tasks.
Esmeralda supports Jose and runs the front desk as the first face you see. She manages lead flow, answers phones, takes orders, and handles daily shipments of orders and samples.
Brandon a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and is the warehouse manager who leads the team and handles packing, shipping, and forklift moves for all Houston turf orders.
Rafael Loaisiga is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who manages deliveries and supports warehouse operations as part of the warehouse team.
Ivan Ramos cuts turf orders, keeps the warehouse organized, and helps manage and prepare customer orders from start to finish.
Albin is a warehouse operations and delivery specialist who helps keep the warehouse organized and delivers turf orders.
Realturf's Dallas Team
Natalia is the General Manager at Realturf, overseeing daily operations and process optimization. She brings a strong background in business, marketing, and analytics, along with a disciplined, detail-focused leadership approach.
Max brings strong sales and customer support experience, with years of experience in the synthetic turf industry. He brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to leadership and sales.
Merrick cuts and prepares turf orders, keeps the warehouse organized, operates forklifts, and helps pack and load trucks. He assists in managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery.
Simi assists with all Realturf orders, cutting, prepping and packing shipments so that customers receive timely deliveries and efficient pick up orders.
Pablo works in warehouse operations, supporting shipping and handling processes and helping organize turf pickups. He keeps orders accurate, organized, and efficient to ensure customers receive their turf orders.
Erick supports daily warehouse operations, assisting with shipping, handling, and the coordination of turf pickups. He helps maintain an organized workspace and ensures orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
